Hansberry Electrical Contractors

You've built more than 400 pages. The only thing that changes between one suburb and the next is the name of a coffee shop.

The goal

Most Perth electrical businesses your size sit between $30k and $100k a month. If the goal is holding $100k consistently rather than riding the season, this is about the gap between those two numbers.

What we found

1

You've built more than 400 pages, and the only thing that changes between one suburb and the next is the name of a coffee shop

Checked 17 September 2026, 9 of 32 suburb pages fetched: every one carries the identical sentence "Our favourite coffee spot is [X] Cafe" with only the cafe name swapped, Joondalup, Duncraig, Hillarys, Ballajura, Ocean Reef, Dianella, Balcatta, Scarborough, Morley. Everything else on the page is character-for-character the same.

What it costs: 7 of 32 suburb pages earn any organic traffic at all, 25 earn nothing. Wanneroo and Morley, two of your three lead suburbs, rank for nothing. Even your own home suburb, Ocean Reef, gets the identical template and doesn't say the business is based there.

The fix: Rebuild Wanneroo, Morley and Ocean Reef with real local content, the way Joondalup already has a 19-page deep service layer under it, the only suburb structure that actually ranks.

2

Your licence number has been removed from every page except one line buried in the terms and conditions

EC8901 now appears on exactly one live page, buried in the string "Hansberry Electrical Contractors EC8901 AU064810" inside /terms-conditions/. It used to be in your page titles, Google's index still shows the old title "Reliable Electrician Joondalup | Hansberry Electrical EC8901", but the live title is now just "Electrician Joondalup - Hansberry Electrical". None of the 9 suburb pages we checked carry a licence number.

What it costs: For a licensed trade, the licence number is the one credential a customer or a commercial client actually checks, and the one a strata manager asks for first. It's gone from your titles to a single buried line.

The fix: Put EC8901 back in the footer of every page and in the page titles. Ten minutes.

Three different 'years of experience' claims live on your site at once, and your own homepage contradicts itself in one screen

Your homepage says both "established Hansberry Electrical Contractors in Perth, in 2009" and "20+ years experience" on the same screen. /electrician-perth/ and every suburb page we checked say "13+ years' experience". Your ABN has been active since 3 March 2009, which makes the real figure 17 years.

What it costs: You're understating your tenure by four years on every page that actually earns traffic, and overstating it by three years or more on the pages that carry your credibility.

The fix: One find-and-replace to "serving Perth since 2009". It never goes stale and the register makes 2009 unimpeachable.

4.9 stars from 175 reviews, real. A duplicate homepage sitting in your own sitemap says 55.

Your live Google Business Profile reads 4.9 from 175. A page at /homepage/, a fully indexable duplicate of your real homepage, self-canonical and actively submitted in your sitemap, publishes "55 5 Star Reviews", less than a third of the real number. The review widget itself appears on only 4 of 15 pages we fetched, and none of them are suburb pages, the pages that actually get your traffic.

What it costs: Anyone, or any search engine, indexing that duplicate sees a third of your real reviews. And the pages people actually land on show nothing at all.

The fix: Noindex or delete /homepage/, and put the review widget on the suburb pages themselves.

Before you go

How did you find this without talking to us?

Everything in this audit came from public data: your website, your Google listing, and public ad libraries. Nothing came from inside your business, and if anything here is wrong, tell us and we'll correct it.

Does this cost anything?

No. This audit is free, and there's no obligation to work with us afterwards either way.

What actually happens if I get in touch?

A quick, no-pressure chat about what we found and whether it's worth fixing. If it's not a fit, no hard feelings.

Hey, thanks for taking a look at the audit.

I only spent about half an hour on your digital presence and found these four things. They're not the biggest issues out there, but they all add up to how you rank and how you show up online.

If you want to go deeper, I'd love to take a proper look at your paid ads, specifically Google and Meta, and hear a bit about your business and where you want to take it, whether there's a revenue number you're chasing. We specialise in Perth service businesses, tradies and schools included.

If any of this is worth a conversation, send me a message below and I'll give you a call.

Thanks,
Chris

No obligation. We'll just talk you through what we found.
